Need a piano hoisted from a 3rd floor Venice apartment. Tight staircase, not sure if it can go down the stairs.

We do piano hoisting regularly in Venice - often the exterior hoist is faster and safer than the stairs for uprights. Can we do a site visit Thursday to assess?
